SensorSYNC  - Download sensor data directly onto a PalmOS handheld

YieldPoint Inc. launches the SensorSYNC module that allows a user to download data directly from any YieldPoint digital sensor (DETECT, DETECTOR, TILT, TEMP etc.)  to a PalmOS database. Simply plug in the sensor to take a reading: The handheld device will multiplex through the channels of the sensor and display a fully temperature compensated reading in real-world units (mm, me, tonnes etc). This reduces the risk of operator-error, and enables personnel with limited training to make readings. The data collected can be synchronized with the MineScope database when the user returns to a PC.  The small SensorSYNC module simply attaches to the back of any handheld device. Sensor versions are available for Handspring and Palm handheld devices. YieldPoint can also provide extremely competitive pricing on new or “almost new” devices.
